Trust & Security
AI SALES OS™ is Jessica Hill Holm's private autonomous sales engine. It protects workbook sales intelligence, buyer-opportunity research, revenue imports, and AI closing recommendations so the system can help turn qualified readers into buyers without exposing private strategy data.
Security posture
The engine finds the buyer, the library builds trust, and the Closing Engine asks for the sale — inside a protected workspace.
Private by default
The sales engine is designed as a signed-in workspace. Revenue imports, workbook strategy, opportunities, closing drafts, and recommendation events are protected behind authenticated access.
Role-aware access
Access decisions are enforced by backend authorization and database policies, not by browser-only checks. Administrative privileges are stored separately from user profile data.
Row-level data protection
Application tables use row-level protection so signed-in users only receive data that policies allow. Sensitive backend credentials are kept out of the browser.
Secure sales intelligence loop
Sales signals are used to improve future recommendations and closing suggestions, not to expose public analytics dashboards or customer-facing reports.
What is protected
- Revenue imports and sales signals
- Workbook recommendation logic
- Opportunity scans and buyer-intent research
- Generated closing copy and objections
How AI is used
AI assistance is used to prioritize commercially relevant opportunities, improve recommendation fit, draft buyer-aware closing moments, and strengthen calls to action for existing workbook products.
